In certain instances, carriers generate quote files where plan files and rate files are provided as separate files. PerfectQuote accepts combined carrier plan summaries (not SBCs) and rate files in Zip (.zip) file format for the carriers listed below.

Zipping Instructions:
1. Zip the carrier plan summaries (not SBCs) + the rate file together
2. Upload the Zip (.zip) file as you normally would on the Quote Upload tab.
Note: There is a zip file max limit size of 10 MB. If the zip file is larger than this, the file will not upload. You will need to reduce the zip file size for a successful upload.

Windows/MAC OS Zipping instructions:
Windows (10/11)
- Locate the files you want to compress. (They will be in whatever folder you saved them to)
- Select all the files by clicking the check box to the left of the file name. (i.e. Moda/Delta dental rate sheet + Deltal Dental Plan summary)
- Right-click on one of the selected files.
- Select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.

Optional: Rename the new, zipped file.
macOS
- Locate the files. (They will be in whatever folder you saved them to)
- Control-click (or right-click) the item.
- Select Compress.
For multiple items, highlight them, then Control-click and select Compress.
