Firm Library Overview

Our new firm-level Plan Library allows the creation of standardized plans that can be accessed by all users in all employer groups, reducing repetitive work.

Who has access? 

A new user permission has been created in PerfectQuote, called “Content Manager”. Admin users will automatically be set as Content Managers, but this new flag must be set for any other non-Admin Firm Users, if they will be creating Library plans.

How should I use this feature?

  • To add or edit specific benefits for your favorite plans at the firm level instead of manually creating or editing within each individual group.
    • Is the benefit not listed on your quote files, but you still want to include it?
    • Is the benefit not one of PerfectQuote’s standard benefit fields?
    • Do you have preferred wording for the benefit fields that differ from the carrier’s wording? 
  • To store your most-used or shelf-rated plans, so that you don’t have to utilize the Quote Upload or Census Submission in each employer group.

 

The library consists of two major areas:

  1. Firm Library (firm level): Allows creation and management of plans that will be available to all users and applicable groups. This is accessible only by Content Managers.

  1. Plan Library (group level): Allows users to browse available library plans, and select them for use in desired groups. Any user can use the plans that were built at the firm level within their groups.
