Within Step 4, you can upload and manage supporting docs to be sent to your carrier reps.
We will automatically include the following documents:
- Census
- If available in your group for the RFP effective year.
- Current plan docs (SBCs, quote files)
- For any current plans from the prior effective year.
Underneath each carrier, the documents that carrier's recipients will receive, will be checked. You can uncheck documents as needed.
- Note: we will default to only including current plan docs per product, for the carriers that you've indicated as recipients for each product.
You can always add more docs as needed (such as claims, carrier forms etc.) by clicking beneath the table of documents or simply dragging documents in.
All documents are securely sent via HIPAA compliant email communications.
