Reviewing Plans

Please remind your carrier reps that all they have to do is "reply all" to the RFP emails received, including attaching quote files.

Responses will appear both in your company email and within the PerfectQuote app, within your RFP Messages view.

When carriers respond with quotes, the carrier record within a given RFP will update its status to REPLIED and plans will automatically be detected and displayed within your RFP.

Expand the RFP and tap the icon within the Plans column. The number will let you know how many plans were extracted from the carrier quote file.

To review the plans sent from your carrier rep.

• Simply tap the plans you like or select the checkboxes in the lower left corner of each plan tile, then tap the Add to Plan Explorer button in the lower right, to add the selected plans to your group's Plan Explorer view.
• Note: this allows you to keep things clean in your group by only showing the plans from your carrier quote that meet your group's criteria.

You can also upload your own quote files to the RFP by tapping the Upload Plans button in the footer.

Multiple plans can also be deleted or added to Plan Explorer by selecting/deselecting all, and tapping the desired Bulk Action:
