Your PerfectQuote Customer Success Manager will set up your initial users. However, your Firm Admin(s) will be responsible for subsequent user management.
For Firm Admins:
Go to the User Management tab in the left sidebar menu. To add a new user, tap the "New User " button, input the required information and assign a role. Update the user's Status to "Enabled" and tap "Save". The user will then receive an email prompting them to login and set their password.

Please note:
To avoid any issues, when new members leave or join your team, we ask that you:
- Disable any user who is no longer using PerfectQuote.
- Create new user accounts via the process above.
- Rather than transitioning an existing user account to a new person/email address, as this may cause issues.
Your organization will only be billed for enabled/active users.
