Sorting & filtering plans

Within the Renewal Plans view, you can sort, filter and compare plans as follows:

  1. Current Plan Comparison: if you have set up current in-force plans, they will appear here. Tap the arrows to cycle through plan options.
  2. ACA Medical costs toggle: allows you to see ACA Medical premiums by age rates or tier rates.
    • If a carrier only offers age or tier rates, and the toggle is set accordingly, you will see a reminder as follows:

  3. Monthly costs filter: allows you to see monthly premiums by:
    • Custom employee counts.
    • Employee counts of your current inforce plan (if available).
    • For ACA Medical plans - by census employee counts and plan selections, ie:
      • Members who have been assigned to Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3 etc.
      • Members who have chosen to waive coverage.
  4. Match current plan: sets key benefit filters to values that match your current inforce comparison plan.
    • If no plans match your current plan's details, then you can click a link to expand filters.
  5. Key benefit filters: slide or enter exact values to quickly filter and narrow down plans by Deductible, Office Copay, Coinsurance, Out of Pocket Maximum, Monthly Premium and other key benefits.
  6. Effective year: make sure to set your effective year.
  7. Search: search for specific plans by plan name, carrier, plan type or network.
  8. Carriers: filter plans by one or more carriers.
    • Note: when filtering ACA Medical plans, plans from uploaded quote files will indicate "Uploaded", to differentiate from plans retrieved from a census submission.
  9. Plan types: filter by plan types (ex: PPO, HMO, HDHP, POS etc.).
  10. ACA filters: filter ACA Med plans by Metallic levels and Riders.
  11. Not seeing your plan?: click here if you're not seeing ACA Med plans that you expect for your group, as some plans may be blocked based on carrier/state restrictions and/or your group's members/demographics.
  12. Sorting: sort plans by:
    • Premium % change (vs current inforce plan)
    • Deductible
    • Office Copay
    • Coinsurance
    • Out of Pocket Maximum
    • Carrier name
    • Plan name
