To add plans to Benefit Builder:
From a group's Plan Explorer tab
- Click the add to presentation icon in the upper right corner of a plan tile.
- Choose to organize plans by:
- Select your desired placement as Renewal or Option (1-40), and Plan Slot (Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan etc. up to Plan 20).
- Add a given plan to multiple Options by clicking the check box.
- Click Save.
From a plan's "Contribution View"
From a group's Plan Explorer tab:
- Tap "View Plan" on any plan tile.
- In the lower right corner, tap the "Save to Presentation" button.
- Choose to organize plans by:
- Select your desired placement as Renewal or Option (1-40), and Plan Slot (Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan etc. up to Plan 20).
- Add a given plan to multiple Options by clicking the check box.
- Click Save.
Managing Presentation Plans
Remove plans from the presentation by un-checking the box to the left of the plan.
You can move a plan to a different Option and/or Plan Selection slot, by clicking and dragging or by clicking the plan and using the up and down arrows to the right of the plans.
You can also change the rate type of a plan (where applicable) by clicking the three dots to the right of the plan, and selecting ,"Change premium to ___".
