To export a complete spreadsheet of all of your plan options across products, tap the "export ALL" button within our Benefit Builder presentation view:
Your spreadsheet export will contain:
- A cover sheet
- A cost summary tab
- A tab per product (ex: "Medical", "Dental" etc.) - these detail plan design, benefits and rates/premiums.
- A "contribution" tab per product (ex: "Medical Contrib", "Dental Contrib" etc.) - these detail employer contribution strategies.
- Additional ACA Med-specific tabs - these detail individual member/dependent age rates and contributions. See "Understanding ACA Med views" for further details.
- A "Disclaimer" tab - detailing standard PerfectQuote legal disclaimers around your usage of our application.
Browse the product-specific tabs to review plan design, benefits and rates, including:
- Current inforce plans (if set up)
- Renewal plan options
- Benefits
- Rates and premiums
- Comparisons between renewal options and current inforce plan options
To edit plan details to reflect in your BenefitBuilder presentation export, click the "show detail" magnifying glass icon. Then, click "edit" and "edit" again on any individual plan to edit benefit details.
To Reorder/Delete/Rename options and plans, click the "Manage options/plans" icon.
In the window that opens, click and drag or use the arrows on the right to reorder options/plans, delete, and rename Options, and save.
