Plans with the following benefit types can be imported from BenefitPoint into PerfectQuote:
- 2 tier
- 1 tier
- We currently cannot import plans with 3-tier benefits
Plans with the following rate types can be imported from BenefitPoint into PerfectQuote:
- 4 tier composite
- 3 tier composite
- When syncing from BenefitPoint to PerfectQuote, the PerfectQuote EC tier rate is left empty.
- When syncing from PerfectQuote to BenefitPoint, the PerfectQuote EC tier rate will be ignored and not sent to BenefitPoint.
- The PerfectQuote ES tier rate will sync to the BenefitPoint "Dependent + 1" tier rate.
- The PerfectQuote FAM tier rate will sync to the BenefitPoint "Dependent + 2" tier rate.
- 2 tier composite
- When syncing from BenefitPoint to PerfectQuote, the PerfectQuote ES and EC tier rates are left empty.
- When syncing from PerfectQuote to BenefitPoint, the PerfectQuote ES and EC tier rates will be ignored and not sent to BenefitPoint.
- The PerfectQuote FAM tier rate will sync to the BenefitPoint "Dependent" tier rate.
- 1 tier composite
Once PerfectQuote employer groups are connected to BenefitPoint accounts, we sync data as follows:
- PerfectQuote to BenefitPoint:
- Current plan updates: in real time
- Confirmed sold plans: in real time
- BenefitPoint to PerfectQuote:
- Plan updates: every hour
- Account/employer group updates: nightly
The following currently cannot be sent from PerfectQuote to BenefitPoint:
- Employer Contributions (target Q4 '23 availability)
- Employee censuses (currently no BenefitPoint support)
- Quote/plan files (currently no BenefitPoint support)
