Tracking your team's usage

Get insights into your team's renewal activities and PerfectQuote usage, by going to "Reports" in the left hand menu, then selecting a view for your report. User activity can be presented as follows:

• Select "Across Firm" to see usage metrics aggregated across all of your firm's users.
• Select "By User" to see usage metrics broken down by individual firm user.
• Select "By User & Group" to see usage metrics broken down by individual firm user, and for each user, separated by each group he/she has worked on.

Then select the timeframe for the report by selecting a date window.

Finally, tap "RUN REPORT" to see the report in app (note: this may take a few moments if the date range is large) or tap "EXPORT" to download a report file.

Within the report, the "Usage" tab will display the following metrics:

• Logins
• Groups Created
• Census Submissions
• Ancillary Uploads
• Major Med Uploads

The "Renewals" tab will display the following metrics:

• Single Plans Added To Cart
• Plans Added to Benefit Builder
• Benefit Builder Exports
• Benefit Builder Packages To Cart
• Shopping Cart Plans Confirmed
• Plan Orders Confirmed
• Total Plans Confirmed
