To review & audit activity within an Employer Group, go to the "GROUP HISTORY" tab and browse through the activity logs.
Or if you're looking for a specific type of update, select from the "Action Types" menu to filter by:
- Application Access - logins
- Quote Upload - upload and modifications of quote files
- Census Activities - ACA Med census submissions and modifications
- Benefit Builder - adding plans to Benefit Builder and generating exports
- Sold Plans - plans that have been renewed/sold
- BenefitPoint - imports/exports of plans to/from BenefitPoint
- Employee Navigator - sending of plans to Employee Navigator
- User Management - updates to firm and group users and access
- Firm Management - updates to firm details
